Returns Policy
Personalised Items
All items are personalised to order, therefore returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty. We do not accept exchanges.
Please check your order carefully before placing it to ensure the correct size, cardigan and embroidery colour have been selected. If you notice an error after ordering, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
All items are hand finished, so slight variations can occur, but your item should never arrive damaged or in poor condition.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email: support@littlenameknits.co.uk You may be asked to provide a photo of the fault so I can assess the issue.
If your return is accepted, I will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs will be refunded for confirmed faulty items.
Items sent back without first contacting me will not be accepted.
Replacements & Refunds
Where possible, a replacement of a faulty item may be offered. However, as many knits are one of a kind, this is not always possible.
In these cases, you may:
- choose an alternative item of the same size to replace your faulty item
- or receive a full refund
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch.

If your return is accepted, I will refund your return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
