Processing Time
All cardigans are personalised to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 days. During busier periods, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch. You can always contact me for a real time update on support@littlenameknits.co.uk
Shipping Method
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Tracked 48 (standard)
- Tracked 24 (upgrade available at checkout)
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Please note these are the couriers estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Location
I currently ship to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) only.
Due to GPSR regulations, I am unable to ship to any of Ireland (including Northern Ireland) or internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product selected. Larger knits (from 9-12 months up) need to be shipped as small parcels and smaller sizes fit nicely in large letter boxes.
Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. Delays outside of my control may occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch (RM specifies 10 working days), please get in touch and I will assist you in tracking it down. message support@littlenameknits.co.uk
